The space
Villa Kerjanus is a classic French Riviera house built in a protected natural reservation called Fabregas above La Seyne-sur-Mer. The entire house was reconstructed in 2014 with new interiors and exteriors. We offer three vacation apartments for rent. All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, separate outside entrance, quiet terrace with amazing views, Apple TV and smart home control / air conditioning.

Neighborhood overview
The house is situated on a steep residential hill above Plage de Fabregas in La Seyne-sur-Mer. This location provides spectacular views of the sea (all the way to Toulon) and at the same time a calm and quiet environment for your relaxing vacation. We are right on the edge of Massif du Cap-Sicié – a 1600 hectares of Mediterranean forest on shale soil managed by the French National Forest Office, ranging between Brusc (Six Fours) and Fabrégas (La Seyne), with its highest point at 400m altitude. This area offers amazing scenic trails, great views and small hidden beaches.
Getting around
Nearest beaches and restaurants are only a short walk (10 mins) from the house, but we strongly recommend a car if you want to explore more than just the immediate area. Dedicated free parking is provided for our guests.
